Reservations and payment
It is very helpful for the organisers to know almost exactly how many people will take part in an event - the numbers affect not only the bridge movements but aspects like money prizes. Some of our events have to limit the numbers.
Please don't turn up without warning. You should make reservations as early as possible, by email, or otherwise in writing, to help congress organisers with their planning. Give your name and contact details, and the names and Bridge Union numbers of your expected partner and teammates.
You are expected to pay in advance. Please
don't be surprised if the answer is 'No' if you ask to defer payment until
you arrive!
